What Inspired Our Inception?
AER Capital started for one simple reason. Lack of easy access to private funding resources in the marketplace for real estate experts seeking to bring a better standard of living for their community. Prior to our formation, founding partners ran into similar situations. Thus came the desire to bridge like kind experts to a pool of private capital.
